Founded by Freddie "Butch" Guillen and his wife Anne Mitus, BG Summit is now the leading company of the Guillen's diverse business venture. Since its incorporation in 2003, the company steadily soared to the top that became the leading and most-preferred real estate business partner and marketer.

The company's initial participation in Club Ultima membership club was tremendous success in Cebu City with approximately 4,000 members now.

BG Summit core business today forms a 1,000's network of real estate practitioners where neophyte and old-timer combined, practice learning the real estate business, understand and be equipped with the latest real estate developments in the city and the country.
