Club Ultima Membership Applications

A Club officer or a bona fide member o/f the Club endorses membership applications. Qualified applicants are those 21 years old or above who have received an invitation to join. Acceptance to the Club is subject by approval of the Membership Acceptance Board. Active members are encouraged to sponsor their associates and friends to become Club members.



Individual membership is available to individuals and their spouses, as well as to their children below 21 years of age.
They are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the membership’s terms and conditions.



A corporate member may nominate up to three (3) individuals (corporate nominees) who are at least 21 years of age. Corporate nominees, their spouses and all their children below 21 years old are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the membership terms and conditions.



Dues are payable at the latest, every 5th of each month as payment in advance for the corresponding current month. In the case of corporate membership, monthly dues may be paid either by the corporation or the nominees. Collection of monthly dues shall commence upon opening of the Club.
Club Ultima reserves the right to change the monthly fee structure at any time with prior notice.



Individual and Corporate membership shall be transferable by their initial transferees only after two (2) years from the Grand Opening of the Club as approved by the Membership Acceptance Board, or after the Club shall have sold or transferred a number of membership rights as determined and approved by the Board of Directors.



All active members will be entitled to membership privileges at all of the existing and upcoming Club Ultima locations: Club Ultima Mactan, Club Ultima Baguio, Club Ultima Manila, Club Ultima Makati, Club Ultima Batangas, Club Ultima Iloilo, Club Ultima Bacolod, Club Ultima Cagayan de Oro, Club Ultima Davao.



Club Ultima members are entitled to free hotel room accommodation under the following conditions:

• Lifetime no-expiry transferable privilege.
• For Individual A membership, one (1) room night is earned upon full payment
of the annual dues. Individual A(Upgraded) -- Seven (7) room nights are
earned upon full payment of the annual dues or one (1) room night is earned
upon payment of two (2) monthly dues and the 7th room night upon payment
of the last monthly dues for a year.
• For Individual B membership, twelve (12) room nights are earned upon full
  payment of annual dues or one (1) room night is earned upon payment of
  one (1) monthly dues. Individual B(Upgraded) -- Fourteen (14) room nights are
  earned upon full payment of the annual dues or one (1) room night is earned
  upon payment of one (1) monthly dues and two more room nights upon
  payment of the last monthly dues for a year.
• For Corporate A membership, one ( 1) room night is earned upon full payment
  of one nominee's annual dues.
• For Corporate B membership, six (6) room nights are earned upon full payment
  of one nominee's annual dues or one (I) room night is earned upon payment of a
  nominee's two (2) monthly dues. Corporate B(Upgraded) -- Seven (7) room
  nights are earned upon full payment of one nominee’s annual dues or one (1)
  room night is earned upon payment of a nominee’s two (2) monthly dues and
  the 7th room night upon payment of the nominee’s last monthly dues for a year.
• Accommodation entitlement is subject to the availability of rooms.
  Walk- in members honored.
• This privilege is honored in all Club Ultima destinations-Crown Regency Hotels
  and Executive Villas at Crown Regency Mactan.
• Upgrade to membership in international timeshare exchange is possible.
